Everything you need to know about the "One Teacher One Laptop."

The vice president of Ghana, has yesterday, 2nd September, 2021, launched the "One Teacher One Laptop" initiative.
In consultation with the ministry of education, Ghana Education Service (GES) and the three teacher unions, NAGRAT, GNAT and CCT, the government have launched the "One Teacher One Laptop" where teachers would be given laptops to aid in the teaching and learning. This initiative is to minimize the traditional way of teaching in the classroom and maximize modernity in the teaching profession.
The government will absolve GHC 1085 of the total cost of the laptop, while interested teachers pay GHC 465 which will be spread across 12 months thus paying GHC 38.75 every month within the period.
The laptops come with sample of lesson notes, scheme of learning, curriculum from KG - SHS code of conduct, the education bill, Ghana constitution, textbooks et'al.
